Championship Chili Recipe


1lb Ground beef
1lb Ground Pork
1lb ground Turkey
1lb ground bison
1lb ground sausage
2 tbsp Olive oil
2 medium onions 
1 large Red bell pepper 
4 cloves Garlic 
3  Jalapeno peppers 
28 Oz plus 14oz  Crushed tomatoes or tomato sauce
6 oz Tomato paste
1 bottle beer
2 teaspoon Salt
1-2 Oz BK'S Bar-Ba-Chew Championship Chili Seasoning
2 tbsp cocoa powder


1. In a 6-8 qt Dutch oven, Brown all meats and vegetables in olive oil over medium heat.

2. Add a little Championship Chili Seasoning and continue to cook for a few more minutes.

3. Mixer in the Crushed tomatoes/sauce, tomato paste, bottle of beer, and remaining Championship Chili Seasoning. Continue stirring for 10-15 minutes.

4. Add cocoa powder, reduce to low simmer and continue cooking for 2-3 hours to allow to thicken up.

Notes: This recipe is based on a "medium" level of heat for seasoning. Feel free to adjust to taste.
