Instructions
Prepare the Meatballs
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, onion, garlic, milk, BK’S Bar-Ba-Chew’s Brisket/Beef Rub, and Worcestershire sauce.
Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Roll into 2-inch meatballs and set aside.
Cook the Meatballs
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear the meatballs in batches until browned on all sides, about 5–6 minutes.
Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make the Horseradish Cream Sauce
In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes to form a roux.
Slowly whisk in beef broth until smooth, then stir in sour cream and milk.
Add horseradish and Dijon mustard, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Season with BK’s Bar-Ba-Chew Rubs Brisket/Beef Rub to taste.
Combine and Serve
Return meatballs to the skillet, coating them in the sauce.
Simmer for 15-20minutes until meatballs are cooked through and flavors meld.
Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions before serving.
